Bindings tight and square. Text clean, light even toning occasional spotting. Moderate handling wear. Full leather binding, three raised bands. Spine titles in gilt on red and black with Copperplate Engravings which are duel tissue guarded frontispieces of May Queen of Scots.
This History is taken from the third part of his Works and is complete in itself. The binding calls this volume 3 but this is not so indicated on the title page[s] which do indicate that they are complete. 9 inches tall.
