It was under L.W. Brodhead's care that the resort expanded to accommodate 250 guests from the original 25. At the time of publishing, there were about a half dozen resort hotels to which the affluent from New York and Philadelphia could retreat for the season. ------- Bindings tight and square. Text clean, light even toning. Moderate handling wear. Corners rubbed.
