Jules Georges Redon Lithograph & Handwritten French Menu Print Paris Café, Dated December 28, 1925. ---------- Handwritten menu measuring 17.5 inches by 12.5 inches when opened. --------- Color lithograph entitled C'est vraiment commode.. [English: It's really convenient] ---------- Pictured a young girl staring at a boy who is relieving himself on a tree. The girl is holding a parasol and a baby buggy with a Negro doll; With the signature in facsimile of the artist. The lithograph measures 12.5 by 8.75; the rear lists four cities: Paris, Londres, Deauville and Monte Carlo. --------- The menu handwritten in blue chalk/pencil with some red underlines. Unique with a mistake crossed out. --------- The edges have wear / fraying. This did not show up in the scan, see closeup. Some age-toning as expected. This desirable Redon print is ready for framing. ------------ French Artist George Redon was a litographer who especially loved to do prints on natural settings and children.
