Fine. Item #15434

Scarce brochure of an iconic hotel in St. Augustine, Florida. The owner, Mr. H. Muller seems to have formerly been chef of the Alcazar, St. Augustine, and Oriental Hotel, Manhattan Beach, New York, his successes at those fine establishments providing him with the means to acquire the elegant Marion Hotel.

Four stories tall with architect that resembled a paddle wheeler which dominated the waterfront; in the heart of downtown St. Augustine and just a block from the Bridge of Lions and St. George Street. Torn down in 1962 and replaced by the Motel Marion Motor Lodge.
