Renamed again as the Europa by the Incres Shipping Company” of Panama and converted to have 614 tourist class passengers.

In 1959 she was sold to Incres Nassau Line who was comprehensively refitted her in Genoa’s ship-yards into a luxury cruise ship, both internally as well as modernised externally. All her accommodations were completely refitted to become genuine luxury Suites and cabins, her Suites had private sitting rooms and, as well as most cabins on Promenade and Main Decks had private bathrooms, in addition the ship was now fully air-conditioned.
