Folded one-sided map with ten panels; 4 by 8.5 inches, openings to 20 by 17 inches. The map is age-toned with soiling to the front panel; fold corners with small loss and folds are tender. Outer panels are open at the folds.
There is no date c1930. The hotel operated from 1923 - 1937.
The Fountain Inn opened in 1923 by Frank D. Waterman and operated until 1936 when the impacts of the Great Depression could not be endured any further. In 1937 Mr. Waterman turned the hotel over to a group of local doctors for use as a hospital which became known as the 'Waterman Memorial Hospital in honor of its benefactor.
