Two-sided architectural trade template printed on stiff white card stock (8.5 × 11 inches), issued by Accurate Metal Weather Strip Co., Inc., 216 East 26th Street, New York. One side shows sectioned profiles numbered T-1 through S-15; the verso presents additional detailing assemblies (BP6, BP7, SD84-87). Both sides printed in crisp black line with title, company imprint, and scale (“3ʹ–4ʺ–0ʺ Assemblies”).

Condition: Stiff card stock, printed on both sides. 8.5 by 11 inches. Some aging on corners and edges, which does not interfere with templates. Moderate handling toning to margins, reverse side similar; no tears or creases. Clean and legible throughout.
