American Beauties Series 4100 (c. 1907) — 6 Postcards.

Six early divided-back postcards from the American Beauties set (Series 4100). Each card shows a red monochrome portrait of a Gibson-era young woman with a witty caption: Vanity; Stingy ('I know from experience'); A Saucy Scamp (two variants/poses); Sweet Sixteen; Golf Girl. Standard size 3.5 × 5.5 in.

Lithographed in rich carmine against charcoal grounds, typical of turn-of-the-century “red on black” glamour cards. Two are postally used with 1¢ green stamp; stamp box reads “Domestic one cent / Foreign two cents.”

Condition: Good to Very Good overall: light handling/surface rubbing; a couple with faint edge wear and one tiny closed tear; tones remain strong; backs clean with ordinary postal wear on the used examples.
