Front purple dater “OCT 26 1907” and manuscript “Norfolk, Va.” are souvenir markings, applied on site during the Exposition (held at Sewell’s Point, Norfolk, Apr–Nov 1907). The back is undivided, which fits early U.S. postcard postal rules (divided backs began March 1, 1907), so this is a period souvenir rather than a mailed card.
