A wonderfully visual example of mid-century American food culture, issued during the height of America’s fascination with molded salads, gelatin desserts, and make-ahead entertaining. Lavishly illustrated throughout in vivid period color photography, the booklet captures the optimistic presentation style and domestic aesthetics that defined postwar American kitchens.
